Job Descriptions :
* Respond to calls, emails, and routine letters; direct inquiries to the appropriate person
* Manage schedules & Calendars, arrange, coordinate, and schedule meetings; prepare meeting document
* Manage all incoming and outgoing memorandums and reports
* Arrange administrative and archiving activities of Director
* Responsible for All incoming and outgoing letters correspondences
* Receive and welcome the visitors and arrange proper channels for communications with them.
Job Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma Degree in Business Administration, Secretary or Accounting
* Minimum 3 year of working experience as a Secretary Director or Personal Assistant
* Fluent in English is MUST
* Having good communication, organization skill, and interpersonal skill
* Good knowledge in filling system, meeting arrangement & simple accounting system.
* Familiar with Microsoft Office Program
