Role Description :

The Personal Assistance for Director will provide comprehensive support by managing the Director's schedule, organizing meetings and travel, preparing documents, and handling confidential correspondence. The role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate the Director's needs to ensure smooth daily and strategic activities

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Secretary or a related field

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant, preferably supporting top management or directors.

Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), bilingual proficiency in English is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools.

High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
