Role Description
This is a full-time position based in Central Jakarta. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in connecting technical solutions with customer needs. The role involves supporting the sales process through technical expertise, preparing sales documents, and delivering product presentations to clients.
You will meet and engage with customers to understand their requirements, explain product specifications clearly, and conduct product demonstrations when needed. In addition, you'll collaborate closely with the sales team, assist in meetings, and provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Has a strong interest in the electrical or industrial field
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, or 3–5 years of relevant experience in a related field
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Owns a personal vehicle and a valid car driving license (SIM A) is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
