We're looking for a
Culture Engagement & Internal Communication Manager
to lead initiatives that build engagement, connection, and belonging across our teams.

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement creative employee engagement programs aligned with company culture and values (e.g., onboarding, recognition, wellness, and events).
  • Develop effective internal communication channels (newsletter, intranet, Slack, etc.) to keep everyone informed and inspired.
  • Create compelling stories and content that reflect our values and highlight our people
  • Partner with leaders to strengthen organizational culture and promote inclusion, collaboration, and well-being.
  • Organize culture events, workshops, and team-building activities that foster ownership and appreciation.
  • Gather employee feedback and use data to continuously improve engagement and communication initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Communications, Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR, Employee Engagement, Culture Development, or Internal Communication.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver engagement or communication programs.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and communication tools (e.g., Slack, Workplace, Trello).
  • Creative, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
