Job Description:

  • Manage maintenance, renovation, and improvement of office and lab facilities
  • Ensure facility permits and licenses are valid and updated
  • Supervise vendors and contractors for quality, cost, and timely delivery
  • Prepare and monitor facility budgets and cost plans
  • Ensure infrastructure and utilities meet safety and regulatory standards
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for project and legal matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • Min. 2 years of experience in Facility or Building Management, preferably in a pharmaceutical manufacturing or laboratory environment.
