Job Description:
- Manage maintenance, renovation, and improvement of office and lab facilities
- Ensure facility permits and licenses are valid and updated
- Supervise vendors and contractors for quality, cost, and timely delivery
- Prepare and monitor facility budgets and cost plans
- Ensure infrastructure and utilities meet safety and regulatory standards
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for project and legal matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Min. 2 years of experience in Facility or Building Management, preferably in a pharmaceutical manufacturing or laboratory environment.
