We are looking for a highly creative professional with strong expertise in graphic design and video editing, complemented by skills in copywriting and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will lead the creation of visually compelling content — from graphics to video — while ensuring messaging and campaigns are effective across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Visual Content (Primary Focus)

  • Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for marketing campaigns, websites, and social media platforms.
  • Develop and maintain consistent brand assets, ensuring alignment with overall brand identity and tone.
  • Design marketing collaterals, infographics, promotional materials, digital ads, and presentation decks.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute visual storytelling ideas.
  • Adapt and optimize creative materials for different digital platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and website banners).
  • Assist in developing motion graphics, simple animations, or short video edits (if applicable).
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
  • Conduct research on design trends, competitor visuals, and audience preferences to improve design impact.
  • Prepare and deliver design files in proper formats for print and digital distribution.
  • Maintain an organized design archive and version control of creative assets.

Video Production & Editing (Primary Focus)

  • Plan, shoot, and edit engaging videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and product launches.
  • Produce short-form and long-form video content optimized for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Add animations, motion graphics, and sound effects to enhance storytelling.

Copywriting & Content Development

  • Write clear, creative, and engaging copy for ads, social posts, landing pages, and email campaigns.
  • Adapt brand voice and tone to suit different platforms and audiences.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure visual and written content work cohesively.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support brand campaigns, events, and product launches with compelling visuals.
  • Contribute creative input during brainstorming sessions and marketing strategy discussions.
  • Work closely with copywriters, web developers, and social media teams to ensure cohesive visual communication.
  • Ensure all visual materials comply with brand guidelines and visual standards.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Visual Content Creator (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, or similar software.
  • Strong understanding of layout design, typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Ability to translate marketing concepts into visually appealing designs.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken) – mandatory.
  • Conversational Mandarin will be a plus.
Licenses / Certifications (Will Be a Plus)
  • Adobe Certified Professional (ACP) – Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign.
  • Google UX Design Certificate or similar design-related certification.
  • Motion Graphics or Video Editing Certification (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • UI/UX Design Certification (Coursera, Udemy, or similar).
  • Any relevant portfolio-based or industry-recognized design competition awards.
