Job Description :
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, system incidents, and backend performance bottlenecks.
- Document backend architecture, systems, processes, and codebases to support maintainability and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions on time.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors or partners in system integration and backend deployment.
- Support DevOps teams in managing deployments and production environments.
- Monitor backend systems and databases, and implement proactive or corrective actions when necessary.
- Report regularly to the IT Manager and contribute to technical decision-making.
Qualifications :
Minimum of a Diploma (D3/D4) or preferably a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience as a backend developer, ideally in fintech or payment gateway environments.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a technical leadership or supervisory role.
