- 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing digital ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads), in-house or at an agency.
- Strong interest or prior exposure to the food & beverage (F&B) industry.
- Proficient in A/B testing, campaign optimization, and interpreting key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
- Familiar with analytics tools: GA4, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Dashboard
- Strong understanding of tracking fundamentals: Pixel setup, GTM, and UTM usage.
- Skilled in reporting and data visualization using Google Sheets (Looker Studio is a plus).
- Excellent communication and able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Analytical thinker with a growth mindset and initiative to drive new experiments and performance improvement.
