Role Overview
We're looking for a CRM Platform Specialist with a strong technical background to manage, integrate, and optimize CRM systems across multiple platforms. This hybrid role combines CRM campaign management with hands-on technical execution, including system integration (SI) between CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and internal/external data sources.
You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure data flow, automation, and platform synergy are seamless and reliable which driving personalized customer experiences at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Implement System Integrations between CRM Platforms, APIs, CDPs, and data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery)
- Manage and optimize enterprise-grade CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Braze, Insider, Adobe Campaign, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, etc)
- Set up automated workflows, audience segmentation, lead scoring, and multi-channel campaign delivery
- Work closely with developers and data engineers to align data structures and integration requirements
- Monitor and troubleshoot data syncing, API connections, and platform health
- Support end-to-end campaign execution—from technical setup to performance tracking and reporting
- Document technical workflows and maintain data integrity and governance standards
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience with CRM platforms and marketing technologies
- Experience in Implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform (e.g., Salesforce, Braze, Insider, Adobe Campaign, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, etc)
- Solid understanding of system integration, including RESTful APIs, webhooks, and ETL processes
- Experience with tools such as Postman, Zapier, Make/Integromat, or custom middleware
- Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs), cloud platforms, scripting (Python/JavaScript), and SQL is a strong plus
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Comfortable working independently and in hybrid environments
