Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role within the beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of beauty industry trends, distribution channels, and customer behavior.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing key accounts, modern trade, and general trade in the beauty sector is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel domestically as required.
