Bachelor’s degree or above , preferably in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other relevant related major.
Experience working at an electronic manufacturing company is a plus.
Minimum 2 years of experience as Production Supervisor.
At least 5 years of experience in production.
Excellent problem solving and decision making skills.
Active communication, diligent, initiative, assertive, disciplined and responsible.
