Responsibilities:

Manage and develop all Organizational Development, Performance Management, and Talent Management activities to ensure timely and compliant implementation of HR programs in both Operations and Supporting functions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a similar function
  • Possesses knowledge and skills in formulating Organizational Structure, Job Evaluation and Job Analysis, and Competencies
  • Have knowledge in the development and implementation of Performance Management Systems.
  • Open personality & communicative, quick responsive, risk-taking, creative, firm & consistent in decisions and actions
  • Mastering Ms. Office
