We are seeking an experienced SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Consultant to join our SAP functional team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP SD module to meet business requirements and ensure smooth sales and distribution processes. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical developers to deliver efficient SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design solutions within the SAP SD module (Order-to-Cash process).
- Perform configuration, testing, and support for SAP SD components, including pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management.
- Collaborate with FI/CO, MM, and other SAP module consultants to ensure seamless system integration.
- Develop functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
- Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
- Participate in system upgrades, rollouts, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and process issues related to sales and distribution.
- Document configuration, functional design, and testing results.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP SD Consultant in implementation and support projects.
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes.
- Experience in pricing, invoicing, delivery, shipping, and credit management configuration.
- Familiar with integration points between SD and other modules (MM, FI/CO, WM).
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
