Responsibilities
- Project Onboarding: Support new projects from initiation to implementation.
- SOP/WI/PL Development: Create Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and Process Lists for new transport projects and deliver them to team members.
- Pain Point Analysis: Collaborate with transport operations to identify current process challenges and translate them into system requirements.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Engage with internal teams (IT, Operational Excellence, and Transport Operations) to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Transformation Initiatives: Propose and initiate ideas for transport transformation, focusing on process improvements and cost-saving measures.
- Process Audits and Training: Lead audits of transport processes and provide training and development for operational team members.
Requirements
- Experience 1-2 year in logistic especially transport operational.
- Bachelor's degree in reputable university (Logistics or Technology field preferred).
- Strong in data analysis and process flow mapping.
- Ability to communicate with ground level as well as management level.
- Open mindset, fast learner, and bring a lot of new idea of improvement.
- Automation project support experience will be added advantage.
