Relationship Manager (Mandarin) Semarang

Type: Permanent (with 3 months probation)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of corporate and individual clients, with a focus on Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication to understand financial needs.
  • Conduct financial analysis and credit assessments of clients’ financial statements to provide appropriate banking solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals for credit facilities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and banking regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager and Team Leader to achieve business targets and branch growth.
  • Actively participate in business development initiatives, including networking and marketing activities.
  • Support the opening of the new Semarang branch and contribute to establishing a strong client base.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and effectively resolve client issues.
  • Report directly to the Taiwanese Business Head (Team Leader) and coordinate closely with the Branch Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Economics, or Business.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in banking or relationship management (Fresh graduates with Mandarin proficiency and strong ambition are also welcome as Junior RM / Assistant RM).
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (daily conversation, fluent) – HSK certification not required.
  • Strong command of English (oral & written).
  • Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to read and interpret financial statements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ambitious, proactive, and results-oriented.
