The Finance Assistant Manager will oversee and strengthen financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, ensure completeness and accuracy of information, manage and optimize the company's cash flow and working capital to support smooth operations and strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasts. Provide cash flow trend reports and analysis.
  • Preparing documents related to banking transactions and liaising with the bank.
  • Monitor actual cash flow and identify cash shortage risks and allocate funds efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with cash limits and bank covenants & develop cashflow reporting tools.
  • Supervising & overseeing the work of staff members.
  • Coordinating with other dept. on finance-related matters.
  • Familiar with budgeting, KPI, Balance Score Card.
  • Liaise with auditors

Key Requirements :

  • Bachelor (or above) degree in Accounting
  • 3-5 years experiences in related field especially in manufacturing, bank experiences background is an advantage.
  • Able to forecast cash flow and familiar with treasury management & corporate internet banking.
  • Familiar with ERP/Dynamic 365 software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, words, power point and graphics
  • Strong analytical skill, detail orientation, high level of accuracy and leadership skills, communicative and cooperative
  • Positive mindset & motivated
  • The person should be able to work in fast paced environment
  • Willing to be located in Bogor
