KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop technical and operational standards, write procedures and technical documentation;
  • Administer and support LCI's cloud IT infrastructures;
  • Manage Azure environments, including defining operating rules and optimizing costs;
  • Participate in the definition of standards, guidelines, best practices and measures related to the cloud;
  • Act as a cybersecurity referent for the operations team and resolve cloud security incidents;
  • Administer and monitor virtual servers and services hosted in Azure;
  • Perform verification routines, security updates, and system recovery and recovery tests;
  • Analyze business needs and assess risks to propose recommendations;
  • Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the security of the Microsoft 365 environment;
  • Monitor the cybersecurity perimeter and play a leadership role in incident resolution;
  • Participate in international technology projects with the global IT team;
  • Stay up to date on emerging trends and technologies to anticipate the needs of the organization;
  • Be available for interventions outside of regular working hours, as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent;
  • 5 years or more of experience in cloud systems administration, including Azure.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem;
  • Expertise in Azure environments (AAD, VMs, Intune, Defender, etc.);
  • Scripting/automation skills (PowerShell, JSON, Terraform, etc.);
  • Experience in web application security and cloud access management (RBAC, IAM, SAML);
  • Familiarity with virtualization platforms (Hyper‑V, VMware);
  • Knowledge of DevOps (CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes);
  • Experience with cloud backup tools (Azure Vault, Wasabi, Veeam);
  • Competency in relational data management and Azure PaaS (Azure SQL);
  • Expertise in CDN solutions and cloud log aggregation
