About the Role

As a Product Team Assistant working remotely from Indonesia, you'll play an important role in keeping our product design and production workflows efficient and well-structured. This role suits someone who enjoys problem-solving and helping a team run smoothly behind the scenes.

You'll be the go-to person for setting up administrative systems, keeping information organised, and helping us maintain a well-structured system for our creative team workflow.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Documentation Support: Manage data entry for our product materials, barcodes, prototype history and product details to keep our records accurate and up to date.
  • Costing and Compliance Support: Assist with costing data input into spreadsheets, generating Colour Material Finish documents (guided by the product designers), and suppliers' compliance file management.
  • Product Handover Preparation: To assist product designers to turn their product knowledge into clear, structured briefs for the marketing team by asking the right questions, organising and presenting the details logically.
  • Project Setup: Create Project timelines using a pre-defined template, Miro boards, and Slack channels so the team can start each project with clarity. Supporting Asana project setup as needed.
  • Meeting Notes and Follow-ups: Record key takeaways from meetings, track feedback, and remind the team about pending actions.
  • KPI and Data Input Management: Help update and maintain key performance data for the Product and Project Management teams.
  • Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Support: Help setup, document and maintain standard workflows to improve team efficiency.
Key Capabilities
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  • Comfortable with OR a quick learner of digital tools like Asana, Google Workspace, Miro, and Excel
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proactive and resourceful - you like finding better ways to do things
  • Experience supporting product design or product development teams is a plus
  • Experience with effective collaboration in hybrid work environments
