Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law.
- At least 3 years of experience in Law, specializing in labor law or employee relations and industrial relations.
- Has experience in handling compliance matters
Role
- Assist in designing and implementing communicative industrial relations and employee relations strategies.
- Assist in the implementation of company regulations, employment contracts, policies, and decisions related to labor matters, as well as other legal documents related to employment.
- Assist in providing legal advice related to staffing and industrial relations to other units, including delivering training on relevant matters to managers and functional heads.
- Assist in resolving all labor and industrial issues.
- Assist in providing management reports on ongoing labor and industrial issues.
- Engage with relevant stakeholders (e.g., government, labor unions, employers' associations, NGOs, ILO) to ensure that the company's business is aligned with updated regulations.
