Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to join our team in Indonesia, with a focus on engaging and qualifying leads in the
United States market

Role Overview
As an SDR focused on the
US market
, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers. Your primary responsibility will be
outbound prospecting and lead qualification
to support our growth in the US. Working closely with our US-based Account Executives, you'll book high-quality meetings and play a key role in building a strong sales pipeline across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting
: Identify and engage US-based prospects via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. - Inbound Lead Qualification
: Assess and qualify inbound leads from the US to ensure a smooth handoff to Account Executives. - Account Research & Targeting
: Conduct deep research on target accounts (typically 200–1,000 employees) to identify key decision-makers. - Multi-Channel Outreach
: Use tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and Smartlead to build and manage prospect lists. - Collaborate with AEs
: Partner with US-based Account Executives to align on outreach strategy, messaging, and follow-up. - Track & Optimize
: Maintain accurate CRM records, track outreach metrics, and continuously refine prospecting tactics to improve conversions. - Time Flexibility
: Work hours will align partially with US time zones to ensure effective communication and engagement.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of SDR or sales experience, ideally in a
SaaS or B2B tech company
. - Proven track record in
outbound prospecting and lead qualification
, particularly for US or Western markets. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in
English
; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus. - Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and Smartlead.
- Strong objection-handling, consultative outreach, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, data-driven, and results-oriented, with a deep passion for sales and growth.
