Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- At least three years of sales management experience is preferred.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, and conversational ability in Japanese is preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Results-oriented, organizationally strong, and with excellent communication skills.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and approachable.
- Good teamwork and the ability to motivate all subordinates.
- Ability to appropriately handle customer complaints and negotiate effectively with customers.
- General knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
- Expert knowledge of cost accounting and estimating, with the ability to propose improvements.
- Ability to solve problems and have a basic understanding of tools.
- Ability to effectively participate in cost reduction activities through quality control, including kaizen (improvement) activities.
- Expertise in new customer development.
- Ability to accurately communicate customer needs and provide appropriate feedback.
- General knowledge of materials procurement is a plus.
- Ability to develop strategic plans and launch schedules for new projects and new model introductions.

- Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet skills (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Residency in the Bekasi area.
Negotiations and liaison with customers: Report requests and issues from customers to senior management, discuss countermeasures, provide appropriate feedback to customers, and confront problems.
Receive orders for new models, develop new customers and manage the progress from order to mass production, as well as coordinate with related departments and convene meetings.
Cross check that the cost calculations prepared by your subordinates are correct.
