Job Description:
- Increasing efficiency and productivity communication process
- Providing technical support and training for Microsoft 365 and exchange utilization
- Administer and configure Microsoft 365 services : Exchange Online, Teams, Share Point, One Drive, etc
- Monitoring system performance, troubleshoot issue, and resolve mail flow problem
- Manage user account, permission, licenses, and mailbox configurations
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and business continuity procedures
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related field
- Minimum experience 3-4 year in Microsoft 365, Excange Server, Power Shell Scrpting, Email security tools, Active Directory & Azure AD and File server configuration
- Strong knowledge of system administrarion (Linus/Unix, Windows)
- Strong problem-solving and analystical thinking
- Strong knowledge of data privacy, able to work induvidual and group
