Job Description:

  • Increasing efficiency and productivity communication process
  • Providing technical support and training for Microsoft 365 and exchange utilization
  • Administer and configure Microsoft 365 services : Exchange Online, Teams, Share Point, One Drive, etc
  • Monitoring system performance, troubleshoot issue, and resolve mail flow problem
  • Manage user account, permission, licenses, and mailbox configurations
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning and business continuity procedures

Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related field
  • Minimum experience 3-4 year in Microsoft 365, Excange Server, Power Shell Scrpting, Email security tools, Active Directory & Azure AD and File server configuration
  • Strong knowledge of system administrarion (Linus/Unix, Windows)
  • Strong problem-solving and analystical thinking
  • Strong knowledge of data privacy, able to work induvidual and group
