Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Analyze workflows across production and supporting departments
  • Design, develop, and implement standardized systems to improve efficiency
  • Identify potential waste in time, cost, and resources, and propose improvements
  • Coordinate with end-users from different departments to ensure effective system implementation
  • Conduct regular evaluations and recommend system enhancements

Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or Operations Management
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in System Engineering / Process Improvement, preferably in a manufacturing company
  • Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and SOP development
  • Skilled in process mapping tools (Visio, AutoCAD, or similar) and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and capable of preparing process reports and evaluations
  • Good communication skills and able to coordinate with multiple departments
  • Willing to be placed in Cimahi
