Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements
- Assist for reviewing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records
- Reconcile bank accounts and other general ledger accounts on a regular basis
- Reconcile monthly VAT report for submission
- Liaise with tax consultant for monthly tax submission
- Prepare invoices from external for tax submission accordingly
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather financial information and resolve payment or documentation issues
- Assist with external audits by providing required documentation and explanations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax and accounting regulations
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards, taxation
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Detail-oriented and accountable
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
