Role Description

We are currently hiring for a Business Support and Administration team member to help keep our office and operations running smoothly. This is an entry-level role designed for someone who wants to learn, grow, and gain exposure to multiple areas of a business. Your responsibilities include administration and support in finance, HR, and operations. Of course, we will train you.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing documents, schedules, and general office coordination.

Recording transactions and assisting with basic accounting tasks.

Monitoring attendance, helping post job ads, and supporting recruitment activities.

Coordinating supplies, keeping the workplace clean and organized, and managing reports.

Qualifications

  • At least high school level education (SMA/SMK).
  • Basic understanding of accounting.
  • Microsoft word and excel skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
