Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Product Team by converting Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) into actionable engineering tasks.
  • Manage and maintain project delivery across the SDLC.
  • Facilitate daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Track project progress, maintain timelines, and follow up on blockers.
  • Ensure smooth communication and alignment between the Product and Engineering teams.
  • Provide regular updates and documentation on project status.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience (Junior) and 3-5 years of experience (Senior) in project management, preferably in software or product development.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile Scrum methodology.
  • Skilled in running Scrum ceremonies and maintaining agile discipline.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp).

Nice to Have

Agile/Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM).

Previous experience in a startup or SaaS product environment.

Basic knowledge of software engineering practices.
