Job Description:
  • Manage and develop content for the company's social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) with a focus on employer branding
  • Create engaging campaigns to promote the company's culture, values, and work environment
  • Collaborate with HR and creative teams to produce compelling visual and written content
  • Assist in organizing internal events such as town halls, employee engagement programs, and celebrations
  • Capture photo and video documentation of internal and external company activities
  • Coordinate with other departments to gather insights and stories for content creation
  • Monitor social media performance and provide regular content reports and insights
  • Support recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and employer partnerships when needed
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience or strong interest in employer branding, social media, or HR events
  • Creative and active on social media; up to date with digital and employer branding trends
  • Strong written communication skills and content creation ability (visual & copywriting)
  • Good interpersonal skills and team collaboration
  • Basic knowledge of design or editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, etc) is a plus
  • Willing to work on-site in West Jakarta
