Trust Recruit Indonesia is currently assisting one of our client in leading home appliances industry for sales executive.
Job descriptions:
- Visit dealers, sub-dealers, and retail shops regularly to maintain strong business relationships.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets (both sell-in and sell-out).
- Prepare and report sales forecasts, achievements, and market updates on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Monitor product display and visibility at dealer locations, ensuring proper placement and brand presentation compared to competitors.
- Handle dealer issues such as complaints, product returns, warranty claims, rebates, and invoices.
- Identify and recruit new dealers or sub-dealers to expand the sales network.
- Support and implement promotional programs, campaigns, and product launches in the field.
- Monitor product stock levels at dealers and coordinate product replenishment when necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum high school graduate (SMA), Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major — preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in consumer electronics, home appliances, or related industries. Fresh graduates may be considered for junior-level roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with dealers and internal teams.
- Highly target-driven and results-oriented, with a proven record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to create forecasts, analyze sales performance and competitor activity, and prepare detailed sales reports.
- Willing to travel frequently to visit dealers or assigned territories; able to work independently in the field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiar with basic sales administration systems or ERP software.
