Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Melakukan kegiatan penjualan sesuai dengan prosedur dan mencapai target
- Memberikan pengalaman berbelanja yang baik
- Melakukan pembukaan dan penutupan toko
- Menerima barang dari gudang dan memastikan jumlahnya sesuai dengan delivery order dan menyiapkan barang tersebut sesuai dengan petunjuk atasan
- Menjaga kehadiran dan ketepatan waktu secara teratur dan konsisten sehingga toko dapat mempertahankan jumlah karyawan yang cukup
- Menjaga penampilan pribadi dan sikap profesional selama jam kerja sesuai dengan kebijakan Perusahaan
Kualifikasi :
- Maksimal 25 Tahun.
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat
- Komunikatif
- Bersedia bekerja pada hari Sabtu, Minggu, dan Hari Libur Nasional, dengan sistem shift
- Berpengalaman di bidang retail menjadi nilai tambah
