Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and control day-to-day plant operations
- Coordinate with various departments: Production, PPIC, Warehouse, QC, and Logistics
- Regularly report on plant performance
- Develop strategies for continuous operational improvement
- Translate management directives into efficient operational execution
- Be flexible and willing to travel within the country
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Senior Production Supervisor /Junior Manager in a production-related function
- Strong understanding of plant/manufacturing processes
- Excellent planning skills, strong leadership, change management abilities, and a continuous improvement mindset
- Willingness to work 6 days a week
