  • Supervise, support, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals.

Requirements
  • Min. graduated from diploma (D3) or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
