Provide remote support to the warehouse operations team by monitoring daily data entry, document management, KPI tracking, and internal/external communications to ensure efficient and smooth warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Data and Document Management
- Accurately maintain records of inbound, outbound, and inventory transactions
- Compile and archive daily, weekly, and monthly operations reports
- Manage warehouse documentation, including invoices, delivery notes, goods receipt slips, and inventory records
KPI Monitoring and Reporting
- Track and consolidate key operational KPIs, such as inbound timeliness, outbound accuracy, and inventory accuracy
- Regularly generate KPI reports, identify variances, and provide feedback and improvement suggestions
Communication and Coordination
- Act as a communication liaison between warehouse operations and other departments (e.g., customer service, procurement, transportation)
- Assist in coordinating inbound/outbound schedules and documentation requirements between clients and suppliers
Team and Administrative Support
- Assist with onboarding arrangements for new team members, including preparing training materials and scheduling sessions
- Organize internal meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items
