Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR (Recruitment / Payroll / Training / GA is an advantage)
- Fluent in English (mandatory), Mandarin proficiency is a plus (not required)
- Ability to read and write in English; Mandarin reading/writing ability is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
Job Responsibilities :
- Support HR operations including recruitment, employee data, payroll, and general affairs
- Manage HR documentation and reports
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties
- Ensure HR processes comply with company standards and policies
