Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage and oversee social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and posting.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities to engage with our audience.
  • Create compelling and creative content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.
  • Engage with our social media followers, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster a positive and interactive community, encouraging user-generated content and participation.
  • Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success and alignment with overall marketing strategies.
  • Handling customer inquiries through multiple channels:
    phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media (if applicable)
    .
  • Providing timely and accurate responses to customer requests.
  • Ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in social media management, content creation, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple social media accounts and projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
