Responsibilities

- Engage with our social media followers, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a positive and interactive community, encouraging user-generated content and participation.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success and alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Handling customer inquiries through multiple channels:
phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media (if applicable)

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in social media management, content creation, or a similar role.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
