DevOps & Security Engineer

We're looking for a skilled DevOps & Security Engineer to join our team and help build secure, scalable, and highly available systems. In this role, you will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage cloud infrastructure, champion security best practices, and work closely with development teams to ensure reliable delivery of products and services. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
  • Work with QA to make sure testing is well-integrated into the CI/CD process
  • Support cloud environments (GCP) by managing configurations, monitoring, and access controls.
  • Automate routine operational and security tasks using scripts or tools.
  • Work with developers to identify and fix common problems in applications or infrastructure.
  • Help ensure compliance with standard security policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and test system performance, logs, and alerts to ensure smooth and secure operations.

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of DevOps, SRE, or Security Engineering experience.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP)
  • Proficiency with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI, etc.).
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, cluster management).
  • Hands-on experience with Grafana, including dashboard creation, alerting, data source configuration, and performance monitoring.
  • Hands-on experience with n8n or any other similar workflow automation tools.
  • Solid understanding of security best practices, including network security, encryption, identity & access management, and vulnerability scanning.
  • Knowledge of observability tools and logging solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
