Job Description:
- Plan and execute corporate marketing campaigns (360° campaign)
- Create strategic marketing plans for product branding from brief to execution
- Manage campaign projects end-to-end (timeline, budget, deliverables)
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, content) and external vendors
- Handle clients from our agency division for their marketing campaign needs
- Create campaign proposals and presentations for clients/management
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance with analytics
- Manage campaign budget and ensure optimal ROI
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels
- Troubleshoot and problem solve during project execution
Job Requirements:
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience as Marketing Manager, Campaign Manager, or Brand Manager
- Proven track record in handling campaigns and project management
- Understanding of integrated marketing communication (ATL, BTL, Digital)
- Experienced in coordinating with agencies and vendors
- Understanding of digital agency workflow and processes (brief, creative development, production, deployment)
- Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously with various deadlines
- Able to organize and delegate tasks to internal teams and vendors
- Excellent project management skills (timeline, budget, resource management)
- Able to manage people, align expectations, and ensure deliverables meet standards
- Strategic thinking and creative problem solver
- Highly responsible with high ownership of campaign results
- Honest and have integrity in managing budget and reporting
- Strong leadership and coordination skills
- Able to work under pressure and handle multiple projects
- Adaptive and able to work fast in a dynamic environment
- Detail-oriented without losing the big picture
- Communicative in presenting to clients and internal stakeholders
- Proficient in tools: Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday, etc.)
- Have knowledge of content production, design process, and digital advertising
- Willing to learn and use Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for campaign optimization, content creation, data analytics, and creative development (Al content generators, design tools, analytics Al, etc.)
