Responsibilities
  • Responsible to develop the overall bancassurance business with monitor and execute all strategic sales plans and activities to ensure comply with local regulations and compliance to achieve bank partners target
  • Manage & engage bank partner relationship to ensure smooth running in delivering targets and created customers gathering with bank partners
  • Responsible to review sales performance, supervising and develop sales strategy development team (coaching clinic & sales, sales techniques, objection handling)
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business or marketing major
  • Have more than 10 Years experience in bancassurance sales
  • Strong leadership skills, selling skills, persuasive and good abilities to translate data into action
  • Excellent organizational, oral, and written communications skills
  • Having AI-related skill will be an advantage:
    • Data Analysis
    • (Generative) Artificial Intelligence or GenAI or AI
    • ChatGPT
