Job Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, or other related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations, preferably in professional services or consulting industry.
Language Skills: Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) – mandatory and strong command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Communication & Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
- Market Knowledge: Understanding of tax consulting, accounting, or financial services industry is a strong advantage.
- Analytical & Target-Oriented: Ability to identify business opportunities, prepare proposals, and achieve sales targets.
- Professional Attitude: High integrity, result-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems will be an added value.
- Networking Skills: Strong business acumen with the capability to expand and maintain professional networks, particularly with Mandarin-speaking clients.
