Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Semarang for a Store Administrative Assistant. The Store Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling phone calls, managing communication, assisting executive staff, and performing clerical tasks. Day-to-day tasks may include scheduling appointments, maintaining records, processing invoices, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store's administrative functions. This role requires excellent organization skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Also have purchasing ability to maintaining stock.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and strong Communication skills
- Clerical skills including filing, scheduling, and document management
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in retail or store management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
