Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HRIS Implementation / Functional (Junior-Middle) position located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business processes, configuring HRIS modules, supporting HR functions such as employee benefits, and ensuring system compliance with regulations. The role also involves conducting regular system evaluations and providing training to HR staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an HRIS Consultant/Implementer or System Analyst.

  • Strong knowledge of HR business processes (Payroll, Attendance, Recruitment, Performance Management, etc.).

  • Proficiency in SQL (advanced queries, reporting, troubleshooting).

  • Familiar with HRIS implementation cycle and SDLC.

  • Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client HR business processes and translate them into effective HRIS solutions.

  • Implement, configure, and customize HRIS modules according to client requirements.

  • Provide end-user training, technical documentation, and ongoing system support.

  • Ensure system quality through functional and technical testing.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation.

  • Conduct periodic evaluations of existing systems and propose improvements.
