Job Description Responsibilities
  • Review and interpret the terms of Letters of Credit (LC) to ensure all documentation meets the stipulated requirements
  • Ensure all shipment documents comply with LC conditions, international trade rules (such as UCP 600), and any special regulations
  • Assist in the processing of coke orders, including entering orders into the system
  • Coordinating with the internal and external team about payment, shipment or tax return
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests for information regarding coke specifications, pricing and delivery schedules
  • Preparing and managing the Pemberitahuan Ekspor Barang (PEB) documentation required for the legal export and import of goods
  • Assist to issued Certificate of Origin (COO) by Chamber of Commerce or relevant authorized Government agency (KEMENDAG)
  • Assist to provide other documents for applying export and import custom clearance
Qualifications
  • Bachelor (S1/Bachelor) or higher
  • At least 2 years working experience in related industry/position
  • Fluent in English (verbal & written) and in Mandarin (Verbal & written) is a MUST
  • Positive working attitude, willing to learn, willing to further accumulate experience in the field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, PDF and other office software
  • Willing to Work From Office in Mega Kuningan
