Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
You will be the strategic owner and operational leader responsible for building a cost-effective, scaled, nationwide educational platform.
1. Program Strategy and Conceptualization
- Target Assessment and Design: Work with internal and external partners to assess the Indonesian education curriculum and relevant regulations to determine the optimal target age range (initial hypothesis: 8–14 years) for maximum impact and compliance.
- Conceptualize Program: Lead the strategic development of a school program focused on educating children on healthy eating, balanced diets, and protein sufficiency.
- Partner Management: Strategically engage and coordinate diverse external partners for program conceptualization and execution, including creative agencies, nutrition experts, execution agencies (for securing school permissions and deployment), and government bodies to unlock large-scale support.
- Content Strategy: Ensure all content effectively creates awareness of JAPFA brands, highlights product nutritional benefits, and drives product trial.
2. Execution and Scalability
- Scale Platform: Lead the execution and management of the program, focusing initially on a high-impact launch in the Java region with the clear objective of creating a scalable, cost-effective national model.
- Agency Oversight: Oversee external agencies responsible for all field execution, including deployment of audio-visual materials, product samples, and coupons/vouchers.
- Logistics & Permits: Work with partners to navigate the complexities of securing school permissions and regulatory support to enable program scalability.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination & Training
- Meticulous Coordination: Serve as the central point of contact, coordinating across Marketing, BU/Division teams (for content/product), Sales teams (for regional support), and Supply Chain (for sample logistics).
- Training and Briefing: Translate complex brand and nutritional data into simple, engaging, and compliant training materials for the execution agency and program ambassadors.
4. Performance Measurement & Reporting
Metrics Ownership: Be accountable for a comprehensive set of KPIs to measure both social and commercial impact, including:
Reach: Number of schools reached and number of children reached.
- Uplift: Pre/post uplift in nutrition metrics and brand awareness/affinity/brand love.
- Commercial: Coupons distributed/redeemed, samples delivered, and uplift in business in provinces with sufficient coverage.
- Data: First-party data collected where possible for follow-up engagement.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Professional Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in creating and executing large-scale, multi-location programs, events, or activations.
- Category Experience: Experience creating similar programs within the FMCG, Food & Beverage (F&B), Beauty Care, or Nutrition categories is highly preferred.
- Mindset: A pragmatic and resourceful mindset essential for driving speed, efficiency, and scalability while maintaining a disciplined execution and high attention to detail.
Educational and Skills Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Language: Fluency in both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English is mandatory.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional project management, budget control, partner/agency management, and disciplined execution skills.
- Social Focus: Genuine commitment to the program's dual social mission of addressing nutritional deficiency and driving brand awareness.
