JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Develop and implement project management standards, templates, and procedures.
  • Monitor project progress, schedules, costs, and risks.
  • Support project teams with planning, reporting, and documentation.
  • Provide management with consolidated project reports and dashboards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and quality standards.
  • Facilitate communication between management and project teams.
  • Support resource allocation, budgeting, and project prioritization.
  • Identify risks, issues, and propose solutions.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and lessons learned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline (Master's Degree or PMP certification preferred).
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in PMO setup and organizational development.
  • Proven track record in establishing and implementing PMO frameworks, methodologies, and governance structures.
  • Strong understanding of project management standards (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile) and ability to tailor methodologies to organizational needs.
  • Expertise in portfolio management, resource planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
  • Skilled in using PMO tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Jira, Power BI).
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills to align projects with organizational strategy.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to develop policies, procedures, and reporting systems for effective project governance.
  • Experience in training, mentoring, and strengthening project teams to build organizational capability.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
