JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Develop and implement project management standards, templates, and procedures.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, costs, and risks.
- Support project teams with planning, reporting, and documentation.
- Provide management with consolidated project reports and dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between management and project teams.
- Support resource allocation, budgeting, and project prioritization.
- Identify risks, issues, and propose solutions.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and lessons learned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline (Master's Degree or PMP certification preferred).
- Minimum 15 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in PMO setup and organizational development.
- Proven track record in establishing and implementing PMO frameworks, methodologies, and governance structures.
- Strong understanding of project management standards (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile) and ability to tailor methodologies to organizational needs.
- Expertise in portfolio management, resource planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
- Skilled in using PMO tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Jira, Power BI).
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills to align projects with organizational strategy.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to develop policies, procedures, and reporting systems for effective project governance.
- Experience in training, mentoring, and strengthening project teams to build organizational capability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
