Key Responsibilities:
- Client Development and Sales: Proactively identify, explore, and acquire new potential clients (including brands, agencies, direct advertisers, etc.), establish solid client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
- Solution Presentation: Deeply understand clients' marketing needs and challenges, tailor and demonstrate TikTok advertising product portfolios to meet their specific requirements.
- Relationship Maintenance: Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, fostering long-term partnerships, and exploring opportunities for upselling and contract renewal.
- Performance Reporting: Regularly prepare and submit sales pipeline reports, performance forecasts, and market feedback.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development/sales within digital advertising, social media marketing, programmatic advertising, or related fields.
- Prior experience in sales or account management with TikTok Ads, Meta (Facebook) Ads, Google Ads, or other major social media advertising platforms is preferred.
- Candidates with extensive resources among local Indonesian brand clients or advertising agencies will have a significant advantage.
