The role
We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Executive (Glass) to join our dynamic team at PT Mulia Industrindo, Tbk'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with our international clients. Based in Cikarang, West Java, you will play a crucial role in expanding our global market presence within the glass industry.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets in international markets
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities, leveraging your industry expertise and network
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Negotiate and secure contracts with international clients, optimising terms and conditions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, logistics, and finance teams to deliver exceptional customer service
- Provide regular sales reports and market insights to the management team
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in export sales or business development within the glass industry or related industry
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, logistics, and customs procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients
- Proficiency in Mandarin (min. HSK 4) & English is a must
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Willingness to travel internationally to support client relationships and secure new business
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang (full on-site)
