Job Description
- Assist in setting and reviewing employee Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in alignment with company goals.
- Monitor and evaluate employee KPI results on a regular basis.
- Prepare KPI reports and analysis to support management decision-making.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee performance data.
- Coordinate with supervisors and departments to ensure timely KPI submissions and reviews.
- Support HR initiatives related to performance improvement and employee development.
- Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirement
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in HR, preferably in performance management or KPI monitoring.
- Strong understanding of KPI setting and performance evaluation processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (able to use formulas, pivot tables, and charts).
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work with accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision.
- Must Fluent in English
