Job Description

  • Assist in setting and reviewing employee Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate employee KPI results on a regular basis.
  • Prepare KPI reports and analysis to support management decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate and updated employee performance data.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and departments to ensure timely KPI submissions and reviews.
  • Support HR initiatives related to performance improvement and employee development.
  • Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirement

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in HR, preferably in performance management or KPI monitoring.
  • Strong understanding of KPI setting and performance evaluation processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (able to use formulas, pivot tables, and charts).
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work with accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision.
  • Must Fluent in English
