Job Description
We're looking for a Key Account Executive – General Trade to strengthen our presence in the beauty industry through strategic sales growth and strong distributor relationships. This role focuses on driving sales performance, managing key partners, and collaborating with the Area Sales Supervisor to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet sales and growth targets in general trade.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with local distributors and retail partners.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across assigned territories.
- Collaborate with Area Sales Supervisor to plan sales activities, trade promotions, and market expansion.
- Monitor account performance, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support decision-making and sales execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in General Trade sales, preferably in beauty or FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of distributor management and sales execution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheet for reporting and analysis.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to work cross-functionally.
