United Balimuda Group is a dynamic and fast-growing organization operating across multiple industries, including Food & Beverage, Education, and Manufacturing.

We are seeking a Business Analyst / Business Development professional with strong analytical and strategic capabilities to help monitor, guide, and accelerate the performance of various business units within the group.

Job Responsibilities

  • Business Monitoring & Analysis


• Collect, analyze, and interpret performance data (financial, operational, and sales) from each business unit.


• Prepare regular management reports and strategic recommendations for the group's leadership.


• Build and maintain performance dashboards or early warning systems to track deviations from business targets.

  • Business Development


• Identify new growth opportunities, strategic partnerships, and cross-unit synergies.


• Support feasibility studies, investment analysis, and business planning for new ventures or projects.


• Assist in negotiations, proposal development, and coordination of partnership or expansion initiatives.

  • Project & Performance Management


• Oversee the execution of group-level strategic projects to ensure they meet KPIs and timelines.


• Serve as a bridge between group management and the operational teams of each business unit.


• Prepare management decks, monthly reports, and data-driven insights for executive review.

  • Strategic Advisory


• Provide data-backed insights and strategic recommendations to support CEO and Board decision-making.


• Contribute to the formulation of mid-term strategies and group growth plans.

Qualifications


• Male/Female, aged 25–40.


• Bachelor's degree (Business Management, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related field).


• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Development, or Corporate Planning, preferably within a holding company, consultancy, or multi-sector business environment.


• Strong analytical thinking, able to interpret financial and operational data effectively.


• Skilled in building financial projections, business models, and performance dashboards.


• Familiar with strategic management frameworks (OKR, KPI, governance systems).


• Excellent communication and coordination skills; able to work under tight timelines.


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
