Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in complex and large-scale construction projects.
Proven track record in handling high-rise buildings, infrastructure, or industrial facilities.
Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and engineering principles.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong personality with leadership qualities, initiative, and resilience under pressure.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and construction project tools.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Willing to be located in Batam.

Job Description:

Assist and provide guidance for the team on site regarding technical and contractual issues
Ensure all the works are done according to the master schedule
Test, investigate, and seek ITP approval (for CSA & MEP) for all incoming materials on site
Ensure all incoming materials are based on determined technical specification
Create and organize key schedule and weekly and monthly report
