Performance Marketing Specialist (Google & Meta)
Mission: Own end-to-end paid acquisition on Google & Meta to hit CPA/ROAS targets while scaling profitable orders.
Responsibilities
Plan: Keyword & audience research, campaign architecture, monthly/weekly budget forecast, KPI setting (CPA/ROAS/CR).
Build: Set up Search/PMAX/YouTube, Meta Conversion/Advantage+ campaigns, pixels (CAPI), GA4 events, GTM, UTM hygiene.
Run: Daily pacing, bids/budgets, search term mining & negatives, audience/placement curation, brand vs non-brand governance.
Optimize: A/B test ad copy & creatives, feed/catalog hygiene, landing-page CRO collaboration (speed, form friction, trust cues).
Report: Looker Studio dashboards; weekly insights (wins, losses, next actions) with an experiment log.
Qualifications
2–4 years managing Google Ads & Meta Ads end-to-end (e-commerce or performance-driven).
Solid with GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, and Excel/Sheets (pivot, query).
Understand attribution, conversion windows, value-based bidding.
